Take your kids hunting in August
Do you take your son(s) and/or
daughter(s) hunting? Or been considering it? They may not be legal
age to hunt now in your home state but they are in Alaska because
there is no age requirement. Taking them on a hunt this August before
they go back to school could be an adventure of a lifetime and one
you and them will remember for years to come. So,
before they get too old and loose interest because your home state
game laws have a minimum age requirement, why not book a 6-day unguided,
caribou and/or black bear drop camp hunt with Alaska Caribou Camps?
Teach them the true love of the outdoors and what Mother Nature
and hunting can be all about. Let them experience the same exilaration
you experienced when you were their age. Remember when you took
your first deer or caribou?
If this will be the first trip for
you and/or your son(s)/daughter(s) you may even want to consider
using a guide between all of you. The kid's mother (as well as them
and maybe even you) will feel more comfortable with a guide considering
grizzles are in the area.
Anyway, we will provide you with a
good tent that will withstand rain and wind, reliable propane stove
and lantern, drinking water, basic camp tools, cooking and eating
utensils, and more food than you will eat in a week. Alaska Caribou
Camps pilots will even fly in every 2-3 days, weather permitting,
to bring more drinking water, pick-up your meat, cape, hide and/or
antlers.
Give this some thought and if you
are interested give us a call at (907) 373-2047 or e-mails
us . Now is the time to book the dates you want.
